Postage and packing for Caring Gifts is FREE!

Please order Caring Gifts separately from other YMCA merchandise and select “Caring Gifts FREE Delivery” at the checkout. Otherwise you might be charged incorrect delivery fee.

We will despatch all CaringGift certificates within 5 working days of receipt of your order, but please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Where your money goes

The money raised from the sale of CaringGifts will go directly to those YMCAs which provide the related services.

In the event that CaringGifts raise funds over and above the requirements for a particular item, your money will be used to support YMCA work in a closely related area.

For instance, if you chose Arts and Crafts Kit and Holiday Camp, but that need is met thanks to the popularity of these gifts among our supporters, your money will be used for general educational and recreational course equipment.

What you will receive

When you chose gifts for you family and friends, we’ll send you a special presentation card for each gift with space to write your own personal message. The presentation envelope and card is perfect for giving to a friend or relative either in person or by post.

When you give a CaringGift cards to your friends and family, you are at the same time helping young vulnerable people across the country by giving them the opportunity to escape homelessness, realise their potential and belong, contribute and thrive.

By choosing a gift from the CaringGifts catalogue, you are also sending a message of hope to vulnerable young people, as well as to your loved ones.
