Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel this order within seven days of receipt of the goods.

If you do cancel your order, your payment will be returned. In the case of claiming a refund, please return goods unused and in their original packaging to:

Unless the goods you order are faulty or damaged when you receive them, the return postage cost will be at your expense.

Return Policy

YMCA England is willing to exchange any clothing items in their original packing which are found to be ill-fitting.

We ask that they are returned unworn to the address above with a note detailing the size you would like in exchange and the delivery name and address to send it to.
